I don’t know of a way to have 4 divisions, but you can upgrade your Yahoo! league to a PLUS league (I think for about $125). This will allow you to have 2 divisions instead of just one big league.

This is what we use and it fun. We turned it into a keeper league and we all put it $20 bucks and whatever money is left over, winner takes all! When it comes down to the playoffs in this format, the top team in each “division” earns a 1st round bye and the other playoff spots go to the next best teams (regardless of which division they are in).

1 divison of X teams, where only Y number of teams make the playoffs

if you want you can go old school, you can have 4 different leagues and manually calculate teams points when it comes playoff time!
